Serious conditions like asthma can be reduced by eucalyptus oil. Anyhow, stay away if you’re allergic to it. Alternate method is to pour few drops of eucalyptus oil in the boiled water and inhale the steam.

Eucalyptus tea

Use fresh or dried eucalyptus leaves to make tea. Drop few drops of raw honey to it. Adults can drink up to 5 cups of eucalyptus tea per day, while children shouldn’t exceed 3 cups.

Else, just add few drops of eucalyptus oil into warm water and drink twice or thrice per day.
